Vreldan is an independent private clinic and is not part of the NHS.
2. What this website is
This website is an appointment menu and request channel. It describes consultation types and fees, explains booking terms, and lets you ask Vreldan to contact you about a visit. Submitting the form is a request only — it does not create a confirmed appointment until Vreldan agrees a date and time with you.
We do not sell medicines through this site, provide online diagnosis via the form, issue prescriptions through the form, or accept payment card details on vreldan.top.
3. Consultation fees
Published fees (VAT where applicable):
- Men’s Health Consultation (50 min) — £145
- Urology — £265
- Heart & circulation — £295
- Hormone review — £280
- Musculoskeletal — £255
- Metabolic review — £235
- Sleep consultation — £220
- Men’s Health follow-up (25 min) — £95
- Specialist follow-up (25 min) — £175
Included: clinician time and clinical examination within the booked visit.
Not included: laboratory tests, imaging, procedures, medicines, and referral letters beyond the visit — these are arranged and charged separately if needed.
4. Payment
Payment is arranged when your appointment is confirmed or at the clinic. Accepted methods: debit/credit card and bank transfer. Insurance may be discussed on request. No online checkout operates on this landing page.
5. Cancellation and non-attendance
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment by emailing [email protected] or calling +44 121 405 2786.
- If you cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice and a prepayment was taken, Vreldan will refund that prepayment within 14 days.
- If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend, any prepayment may be retained.
If Vreldan must cancel your appointment, we will offer a new time or refund any prepayment already taken.
6. Clinical limitations
Consultations are medical services; outcomes vary between individuals. Information on this website is general and does not constitute a diagnosis. Vreldan is not an emergency service. If you believe life is at risk, call 999 or go to the nearest A&E.
7. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate contact details so we can reach you
- Arrive on time for confirmed appointments
- Tell us promptly if you need to cancel or change a visit
- Do not use the form for emergencies or to submit payment data
8. Acceptable use of the website
You must not misuse vreldan.top (for example by attempting to disrupt the site, scrape content unlawfully, or submit abusive or fraudulent requests). We may refuse or ignore requests that appear abusive, incomplete or unsafe.
9. Intellectual property
Content on vreldan.top (text, design, logos and images) belongs to Vreldan or its licensors. You may view pages for personal, non-commercial use related to booking care with us. You may not copy the site for competing services.
10. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud). To the fullest extent permitted, Vreldan is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or from a delayed response to a booking request. Clinical negligence claims relating to care actually provided are assessed under applicable clinical and legal standards separately from website use.

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
